How to merge PDF files

  1. Add the PDF files you want to combine.
  2. Drag pages into the order you want, and remove any you don't need.
  3. Merge and download one PDF.

Arrange pages, not just files

All pages from all your files appear in one list. Drag a page anywhere, for example to put a signed cover page from one file in front of a report from another, and remove blank pages, duplicates or cover sheets with one click. Pages are copied as they are, so text stays selectable and images aren't recompressed.

Good for

Job applications, visa and rental paperwork, tax documents, invoices for an expense claim, or contracts with their attachments: anything you need to send as one file.

Frequently asked questions

Is there a limit on how many PDFs I can merge?

No. Add as many files as you need. Very large batches depend on your device's memory, since merging happens in your browser.

Does merging reduce quality?

No. Pages are copied directly into the new PDF, so text, links and images stay as they were.

Can I merge password-protected PDFs?

Remove the password first with Unlock PDF, using the password you already have, then merge the unlocked copy.

Can I remove pages while merging?

Yes. Every page has a remove button, and removed pages are left out of the merged file.

Are my files uploaded?

No. Your browser does all the work on your own device, so files are never sent to a server. Close the tab and nothing is left behind.
