How to sign a PDF
- Draw your signature, or type your name and choose a handwriting font.
- Open your PDF, pick the page, then drag and resize the signature into place.
- Download the signed PDF.
A simple e-signature, not a certified one
PDFWrangle places an image of your signature on the page. It does not add a digital certificate, identity check or audit trail, so it isn't a certified or qualified signature. That's fine for most everyday paperwork, such as forms, letters and many agreements. If a document must be signed with a certificate-based or qualified signature, use a provider that offers one.
Draw or type
Draw with a mouse, trackpad, finger or stylus; a touchscreen gives the most natural result. Or type your name (or your initials) and pick one of six handwriting fonts. Choose an ink color, and adjust the stroke thickness when drawing.
