How to remove PDF restrictions

  1. Open your PDF.
  2. PDFWrangle detects the restrictions and removes them; if the file also has an open password, type the one you know.
  3. Download the unrestricted copy.

What restrictions are

The person who created the PDF can allow it to open while blocking printing, copying or editing. These permission settings are separate from an open password. Your own exported reports, invoices and statements are the typical case for removing them.
